Joel stepped in and turned a very bad situation into an amazing one. 5 stars all the way!! Our Ac unit safety switch kept filling up with water which in turn would shut our ac off. This kept happening starting Thursday night..Fast forward to Saturday- I called Several other so called 24/7 ac services only to be told they wouldn’t be available until Monday- Tuesday…Called JR Saturday around 11:30am & he scheduled us in for 3:30pm… He was done give or take 15-20 minutes…Well worth over a 20 % tip which we paid with no hesitation at all..He’s definitely gained a new customer with our household..He also shared tips on maintaining our ac unit especially during these hot summer months…Saved us from this sweltering Texas heat over the weekend..Very reasonable pricing ( Much less than I expected it to be) & superior customer service- professionalism. Definitely highly recommend . Thank you so much!
