Our AC went out at night on a Sunday. The house quickly went up to 81 degrees. I was calling around and was getting told by 24 hour companies that the soonest they could come out would be Tuesday, Thursday, and even the following Saturday. When I called this company, I spoke with Joel, and he was on another job at the time, but told me that he would head here as soon as he was finished with the job he was on. He got here in about an hour, had the parts on his truck to complete my job, had very reasonable prices, and was very knowledgeable and courteous!!! I will definitely use this company in the future and recommend him to my family and friends!!!

Joel came out to fix our heater/furnace when we had no idea what was wrong with it, and he was absolutely amazing. Not only did he diagnose and fix the issue, but he also helped us with our thermostat (which was outside of the original assignment) and figured out—in less than 30 seconds—why our outside outlet plugs weren’t working. Joel truly took his time and walked my husband through exactly what was happening every step of the way. He was extremely patient and even taught my husband some minor do’s and don’ts for maintenance and troubleshooting. He works alone, and you can immediately tell he really knows his stuff. He isn’t afraid to talk to you, explain things, and teach as he works. We’ve been looking for someone like Joel, someone we can trust to help us and maintain our appliances and we’re so glad we found him!!
