Great customer service from initial phone call to request service to coming out and repairing the A/C in 100 degree weather. Joel took the time to explain the problem, answered all my questions in a friendly manner. Great work!

5 stars all the way!! Our Ac unit safety switch kept filling up with water which in turn would shut our ac off. This kept happening starting Thursday night..Fast forward to Saturday- I called Several other so called 24/7 ac services only to be told they wouldn’t be available until Monday- Tuesday…Called JR Saturday around 11:30am & he scheduled us in for 3:30pm… He was done give or take 15-20 minutes…Well worth over a 20 % tip which we paid with no hesitation at all..He’s definitely gained a new customer with our household..He also shared tips on maintaining our ac unit especially during these hot summer months…Saved us from this sweltering Texas heat over the weekend..Very reasonable pricing ( Much less than I expected it to be) & superior customer service- professionalism. Definitely highly recommend . Thank you so much!

We have multiple properties and been using Jrac services exclusively for over 8 years. They are honest, professional and very knowledgeable. They provide a great value and excellent results. I don’t trust anyone else for HVAC services in the DFW area.
JRAC cooling and Heating services came out and got my ac back on track . Joel wasn’t a pushy salesman but an honest a/c tech. Very responsive. I called and he was out the next day. Definitely a highly recommended company.
