5 stars all the way!! Our Ac unit safety switch kept filling up with water which in turn would shut our ac off. This kept happening starting Thursday night..Fast forward to Saturday- I called Several other so called 24/7 ac services only to be told they wouldn’t be available until Monday- Tuesday…Called JR Saturday around 11:30am & he scheduled us in for 3:30pm… He was done give or take 15-20 minutes…Well worth over a 20 % tip which we paid with no hesitation at all..He’s definitely gained a new customer with our household..He also shared tips on maintaining our ac unit especially during these hot summer months…Saved us from this sweltering Texas heat over the weekend..Very reasonable pricing ( Much less than I expected it to be) & superior customer service- professionalism. Definitely highly recommend . Thank you so much!
JRAC was honestly a blessing, we got screwed over by the person we hired to do our home initially and thank God Joel came out so fast. Super professional, helped me understand each step of the way, and didn’t give me the run around. Def recommend using them! We will use them from now on!
Great service! I’m so glad to have air conditioning again! Joel did a great job troubleshooting and figuring out what the problem was. He even went the extra mile and cleaned up my outside unit, so it looks almost like new.

Joel stepped in and turned a very bad situation into an amazing one. He was able to find the problems with our very badly installed HVAC system and did what was necessary to get the units functioning properly and efficiently. If you are looking for a knowledgeable HVAC contractor, JRAC is the place to go.
