Our AC went out at night on a Sunday. The house quickly went up to 81 degrees. I was calling around and was getting told by 24 hour companies that the soonest they could come out would be Tuesday, Thursday, and even the following Saturday. When I called this company, I spoke with Joel, and he was on another job at the time, but told me that he would head here as soon as he was finished with the job he was on. He got here in about an hour, had the parts on his truck to complete my job, had very reasonable prices, and was very knowledgeable and courteous!!! I will definitely use this company in the future and recommend him to my family and friends!!!
You will NOT be disappointed with Joel and his team. So refreshing to be treated like a person and not a number. Joel was awesome! He came by and was able to take care of my issue really fast and efficiently! We had a great conversation where he explained the issue and what he was doing to fix it!
Joel is wonderful. He was very professional and upfront about cost, and repair of everything. We didn’t have to worry about him stating multiple things just to make money. Honestly we were thinking we would have to replace the entire unit and come to find out it was a fan that burned out. He will be our go to person from now on! Highly recommend
